The Five Guys will be located at the Hudson Valley Town Center at 18 Westage Drive, along with a Chipotle. The Five Guys on Old Route 9 in Fishkill will be closed when the new location is open. There is no official date for the opening.
Construction on the building that will house the 2,300 square foot restaurant is complete. Five Guys is about to start on its interior buildout. according to David Livshin, managing agent for Dutchess Holdings, LLC, which owns the property.
Additional site work is still being done around the building, including paving, Livshin said.
Dutchess is home to another Five Guys, located on South Road in Poughkeepsie.
