While the restaurant had previously been scheduled to open its doors on New Year's Eve, organizers have delayed the restaurant's opening to Jan. 15, according to the Journal, which reported that the most recent delay is the result of issues with the building's gas line.

The project's opening has already been delayed several times, according to the Journal, which reported that the initial September opening was rescheduled to November and then to December.

Once opened, the restaurant at 2345 South Road in Poughkeepsie is expected to bring about 125 jobs to the area, according to the Journal.
