IBM's revenues continue to be heading south.

The Armonk-based company unveiled its second quarter earnings report on Tuesday, with revenues declining for the 21st straight quarter.

Revenues totaled $19.3 billion, down about 5 percent year to year. The company did see positive news from its cloud computing division, with a revenue of $15.1 billion.

"In the second quarter, we strengthened our position as the enterprise cloud leader and added more of the world's leading companies to the IBM Cloud," said Ginni Rometty, IBM chairman, president, and CEO. "We continue to innovate, adding regtech capabilities to our portfolio of Watson offerings; developing solutions based on emerging technologies such as Blockchain; and reinventing the IBM mainframe by enabling clients to encrypt all data, all the time.”

In Somers, IBM recently sold off a vacant 162.5-acre parcel of its campus to a Delaware-based limited liability company called 294 Route 100, LLC on March 30 for $1.5 million. IBM had sold the campus to the same buyer for $31.75 million last September.
