Dan Vera is Manager of Operation for the City of New York for the last 20 years with responsibility for new construction and renovation of NYC schools in the borough of Manhattan. This has given thousands of children and teachers an environment that is conducive to a quality education.He has volunteered his time and skills to a number of organizations such as: Manager Employee Association, Town of Putnam Valley’s Board of Assessment Review, Putnam Valley Central School District’s Citizen’s Advisory Committee and the Audit Committee, a trustee for the Putnam Valley Chamber of Commerce, now known as the Putnam Valley Business Network.A father of four successful children, three of which are New York City Police Officers. And a proud grandfather of ten grandchildren.
