"As HVSF prepares to celebrate 30 years in the Hudson Valley, we also join Shakespeare theaters around the world to mark 400 years of Shakespeare's art triumphing over his death," said Davis McCallum, Artistic Director.

The festival will offer a new perspective on "Macbeth" by focusing on the witches as prime movers in the tragedy of Scotland in an all-female production.

"As You Like It" is a comedy of love and imagination set in the forest of Arden.

"Measure for Measure" is a comedic drama about the interplay between love and desire, justice and mercy and between the head and the heart.

The cast of "Our Town" will consist of Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival company members along with volunteers from the Hudson Valley community.

The three Shakespeare plays will run from June through the end of August. Two free performances of "Our Town" will be held at the end of the summer.
