The festival features the following activities:
- Sledding (conditions permitting)
- Snowman Building (conditions permitting)
- Snowshoeing with Maddon Outdoor Ed. (conditions permitting)
- Nature Walks Behind Town Hall with Kent Rec. and the Kent C.A.C.
- Ice Skating (conditions permitting)
- Nimham Mountain Singers Bonfire with the Lake Carmel Fire Department
The winter festival will also feature chocolate-theme crafts with the Kent Library and activities, hot beverages and snacks courtesy of the Carmel/Kent Chamber of Commerce.
Maddon Outdoor Education will host Birds of Prey shows throughout the day if conditions do not permit snowshoeing.
Participants should bring their own ice skates and sleds.
The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
