CARMEL, N.Y. -- Kent Library is offering three weekly "Yoga for Me and You: Yoga for 2" sessions -- beginning on Monday, Aug. 1 -- for kids ages 4-7 and "their adults."
"Whether you are mom, dad, a grandparent or a nanny, you are welcome to participate," organizers note. "This is a great way to bond with each other and stay fit at the same time."
Robin Cohen will teach the class. To prevent falls, the class will be done barefoot. Each "team" will need a mat.
