Mahopac Library Hosting Home Buying/Selling Talk

MAHOPAC, N.Y. – The Mahopac Public Library is hosting a talk on buying and selling homes. A panel of real estate professionals will present information on how to buy or sell a home. The presentation will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23 in the Community Room, on the third floor of the library.

On the panel will be a licensed realtor, a mortgage broker, a home inspector, a closing attorney, a home insurer, an electrician, an environmental specialist and a credit repair professional. Mary Ruiz, a licensed real estate associate broker at Keller Williams Realty Partners, coordinated the event.

Registration is required. To register, call (845) 628-2009 ext. 100. Those who have registered, but are unable to attend are asked to give notice at least 24 hours prior to the event so that others will have a chance to attend.
