“The show just keeps getting bigger and bigger and better and better,” said Brian Benedict who owns and operates The Duffle Bag, the Patterson shop for military surplus items of all kinds.

The Recreation Department is at 65 Front St,,adjacent to the Metro-North Train Station.

Benedict will be present at the show to identify and appraise military memorabilia free of charge.

Historical items for sale will include military insignia, medals, uniforms, equipment, swords, knives, headgear, books, artwork, antique muzzle loading guns and more.

“Our vendors come from all over the Northeast and will have military material ranging in age from the time of the American Revolution to present day,” said Benedict. “We expect to have 140 tables set up for the show.”

In addition to the rows of vendors, this year there will be several uniformed living historians who will answer questions about the various eras they represent.

Admission to the show is $5 per person. Children under 12 who are accompanied by an adult will not be charged admission.

Breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase at the show. A portion of the proceeds will go to Patterson Recreation Center and the American Veterans Historical Museum.
