Putnam County Humane Society Holding Dog Wash

CARMEL, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Humane Society is holding its “Dog Wash Day of Summer” on Sunday, July 10, at the shelter, 68 Old Route 6, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Services offered include a bath for $15, Micro-chipping for $25 and nail-trimming for $15.

Dogs brought to the event must be up to date on vaccinations, dog friendly and people friendly.

Volunteers are also wanted for the event.
