Putnam Hosts Row Of Honor Pancake Breakfast

CARMEL, N.Y. -- The Carmel VFW Hall will host a Row of Honor Kickoff Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, May 16.

Proceeds will benefit the Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall. Attendance is $8 per person and $12 per family.

The breakfast runs from 9 to 11 a.m.

Residents can also order a flag for Putnam County's Row of Honor for $100 each. The Row of Honor lines the shores of Lake Gleneida with more than 100 flags on Memorial Day and Veterans Day. The flags are flown with the names of loved ones attached.
