Putnam's 22nd Annual Half Marathon & 5K Aids Cerebral Palsy Association

BREWSTER, NY. -- The 22nd annual Putnam County Fall Classic Half Marathon & 5K race starts at 50 Main St. in Brewster at 9 a.m, Sunday.

The event will benefit the development of Opportunity League Park in the town of Southeast.

The event is sponsored by the Hudson Valley Cerebral Palsy Association. Click here to register in advance. Day of race registration begins at 8 a.m.

For adults over 18, it is $25 to register, and for youths 18 and under, it is $20.

The scenic course is a mix of paved and dirt roads. There will be activities and music for kids throughout the registration and during the race. There will be a one mile walk opportunity for all ages.

Proceeds from the event will be used to support the development of the Opportunity League Park in the town of Southeast.
