Brasserie Le Bouchon, Cold Spring: French food with German undertones is what Le Bouchon is known for. This a la carte menu is served from noon to 9 p.m. on Easter Sunday. Reserve Now: 76 Main St., 845- 265-7676.

Ramiros, Mahopac: A complimentary cockail -- yes, that includes the restaurant's famous sangria -- is offered among with other brunch/early dinner options where, for $28 per person, you'll find arroz con pollo, vegetarian paella, Cuban Roja Vieja and lots of other Mexican goodies.
