New Yorkers have zero confidence in Governor Andrew Cuomo and the new commissioner of education Maryellen Elias.

The opt out of the standardized tests movement has grown from 40,000 to 120,000 for the Math and ELA exams and in 2016 we expect the number to reach over 500,000.

New Yorkers worked very hard to elect a new governor who would do the will of the people. But we're stuck with Cuomo and his continuing association with corrupt politicians.

New Yorkers worked hard to get new state senators to represent them. Senators Murphy and Serino ran to stop Common Core but they turned their back on our children.

Our children need full repeal of Common Core. New York has had Common Core for over 4 years. We don't need a listening tour nor another survey. It's time for change.
