Putnam Motorists should expect detours and delays this weekend due to the temporary closure of Exit 20 on the westbound stretch of I-84 in Southeast. The Department of Transportation said construction work – weather permitting – is expected to take place on the ramp to I-684 south between 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, and 6 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 4.
