Driver Seriously Injured In Rollover Crash In Poughkeepsie

One person was serious injured in a one-car rollover crash at the intersection of southbound Route 9 and Laurel Street in the City of Poughkeepsie Thursday afternoon.

The driver, who was trapped in the vehicle, was extricated and transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital for treatment.

Drivers should expect delays on Route 9 southbound between Delafield Street and Academy Street while the investigation into the accident continues, police said just before 3 p.m.
