CARMEL, N.Y. – Carmel and Mahopac residents will have the chance to learn more about fitness and becoming healthy at the Carmel Recreation and Parks Department’s fitness fair Saturday from noon-4 p.m. at Sycamore Park in Mahopac.

The first-time event will bring local businesses together to provide products and services to go toward the community’s health and fitness.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing if interested in participating in activities.

If interested in becoming a vendor at the fair, call the recreation office at 845-628-7888.

Sycamore Park is at 790 Long Pond Road, Mahopac.
