Owner Seeks Missing Cat In Carmel

CARMEL, N.Y. -- The owner of a lost black and white cat named Sheba is asking Carmel residents for help in finding her.

Sheba went missing from Harvard Drive in Carmel, near exit 18, on Tuesday. Sheba is wearing a purple collar, has a birthmark on her lip and is microchipped.
