Celimata Diombera, 29, was found unresponsive in her home by Troopers who suspected her of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, police said.

Further investigation revealed that there were seven month old twins in the residence whom Diombera was babysitting. One child was located on the couch next to Diombera and one was lying on a bed in an adjacent room. Both children were returned to their mother unharmed, police said.

Diombera was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Patterson Court on June 2, police said.
