Pet Pit Bull Sadie Missing From Garrison Home

GARRISON, N.Y. -- A Garrison woman is reaching out to the public for help in finding her pet pit bull, Sadie.

Sadie, a young female pit bull, has been missing from her Garrison home since Thursday evening.

According to a post on Lost Pets of the Hudson Valley, Sadie disappeared from her home on Route 9 around 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22.

The young brown-and-white dog weighs about 35 to 40 pounds.

Her owner says she is very shy and should not be approached.
