McQuaid and his girlfriend, Lia LoRusso, are prosecution witnesses against defense lawyer George Galgano.

In a filing against Levy, Galgano's lawyers ask whether the prisoners were left alone so they could coordinate their stories against Galgaono, according to lohud.com.

A spokeswoman for Levy denied the allegations, noting prisoners are always supervised, in shackles, and handcuffed when out of the prison, lohud.com reported.
