The hospital recently opened an Integrative Health suite which will offer alternative therapies to patients as they undergo surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. The hospital has contracted with Liberation Yoga of Mahopac to bring an array of services including yoga classes, massage therapy, reiki, reflexology, and meditation.

“This new program enables us to provide whole mind and body care to the patients that need it the most,” said Maureen Pace, Putnam Hospital Center’s director of clinical services.
