Putnam Valley High School Makes Instruments At Town Day

PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Students from Putnam Valley High School recently spent time making more than music during the Putnam Valley Town Day.

The honor society students, members of the Tri-M Music Society, hosted a booth where they worked with young children to build, create, and decorate homemade musical instruments. 

"The students played music together and added cheer to the event," said Kelly Greenwood , president of the society. "The students also enjoyed showing off their talents and working with the children"
