Town Of Southeast Studio Accepting Public Submissions For October Art Show

TOWN OF SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- You don’t have to be Pablo Picasso or Andy Warhol to have your artwork displayed in a Town of Southeast studio this fall.

The Town of Southeast Cultural Arts Coalition invites the public to take part in the Second Annual Celebration of Community and Creativity throughout October at Studio Around the Corner in Brewster.

The Town of Southeast Cultural Arts Coalition is inviting the public to take part in the Second Annual Celebration of Community and Creativity. Local artists can purchase a board and have their work displayed for the entire month of October at Studio Around the Corner, 67 Main St., Suite 101, Brewster.

The studio plans several events to showcase the work, including a kick-off celebration from 7-9 p.m. on Oct. 2.

Studio Around the Corner invites artists of all ages and talent levels to purchase a board -- the only cost for displaying your work. Boards cost $5 for 5x7-inch board, $15 for 8x10 and $20 for 11x14 and are available at Studio Around the Corner. Artists must drop off their boards between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Sept. 20 at the studio or by appointment.
