Lisa A. Cortina, 40, was stopped by troopers after receiving the 911 complaints around 8:30 p.m. in the area of Old Hopewell Road and Presidential Way, state police said.

During the stop, troopers could tell that Cortina was impaired by drugs and in possession of several ziploc bags that contained marijuana, oxycodone, and alprazolam, police said.

Cortina was charged with felony DWAI/Drugs when a criminal history revealed she had a previous DWI conviction in 2009, police said.

She is being held at the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 bond. Cortina is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 22.
