Thomas Scully was charged with DWI, a Class D felony because he had two prior convictions in the last 10 years after police responded to a crash in the woods off the dead end of Lee Boulevard.
Scully was also driving with no driver's license after his license was revoked for failing to submit to a chemical test in 2008 and two DWIs in June 2009, police said.
Scully was speeding, failed to keep right, moved from a lane unsafely, failed to maintain the lane and refused to submit to a blood test, police said. He also had an open container of alcohol and numerous equipment violations, police said.
Scully was transported to Yorktown Police for processing. He was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. He is due back in court on Sept. 12.
