Cold Spring Woman, 28, Charged With Unlicensed Operation

COLD SPRING, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Sheriff's Department charged a Cold Spring woman with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Sunday, Sept. 7, officials said.

Jessica M. Indelicato, 28, was pulled over for an alleged vehicle equipment violation in Nelsonville. Subsequent investigation revealed that Indelicato was allegedly driving with a suspended license, police said.

Indelicato was processed and released pending a future court appearance, police said.
