Cortlandt Man Charged With Felony DWI Because Of Previous Offense

CORTLANDT, N.Y. – Authorities arrested a Cortlandt Manor man they say is a repeat DWI offender, according to the New York State Police.

Sal A. Imbimbo, 50, was arrested Thursday, May 14, and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, police said.

The felony charge is because Imbimbo was convicted of a DWI charge in 2010, according to police.

Imbimbo was stopped for alleged erratic driving, and upon further investigation police realized he was under the influence, according to police.

Imbimbo’s next legal appearance in the case is scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday in the Town of Cortlandt Court, police said.
