DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Rhinebeck man was charged with forcible touching after he reportedly placed his hands under the clothing and down the pants of a woman without her permission, said Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra.
Antonio C. DeFelice, 40, was arrested by Saugerties police on Monday after the woman told police that on Sunday DeFelice forcibly placed his hands under her clothing and down her pants, touching “the intimate parts of her body,” as well as putting his hand under her blouse, Sinagra said.
DeFelice was released with a ticket to return to court. The victim was provided with an order of protection against DeFelice.
