Anthony M. Militello, 32, of Denver was arrested after police received information from the Denver police that they believed he was living in Red Hook, said Sgt. Patrick Hildenbrand.

After receiving the information, the Red Hook Police Department conducted an investigation and found that he was living in a residence in the Town of Red Hook, Hildenbrand said.

On Tuesday,  officers stopped Militello on Annadale Road in Red Hook and took him into custody without incident, police said.

In January of this year the Denver Marshall's office issued a full extradition warrant for Militello following his June 18, 2016 arrest for indecent exposure in Denver.

He was arraigned on a fugitive from justice complaint and is being held at the Dutchess County Jail without bail where he will wait to be extradited back to Denver, police said.
