Kent Man Who Flees Accident Faces Fourth DWI Charge, Police Say

KENT, N.Y. -- Kent Police are reporting a local man is facing his fourth felony charge of driving while intoxicated after driving away from an accident on Sunday, Oct. 12, according to LoHud.com.

Local authorities had received a call about a potentially intoxicated motorist at approximately 4 p.m. and later got a second call about an accident on Rosedale Road, LoHud.com reported. 

Police arrived at the scene and said they found Anthony Scarduzio, 41, was intoxicated and arrested him. Scarduzio reportedly has three prior felony and one misdemeanor DWI convictions, LoHud.com said.
