Larcenies From Local Businesses Among Carmel Police Reports

CARMEL, N.Y. -- Carmel police made a number of arrest in April ranging from a woman stealing from a local business to a man driving on a suspended license.

The arrests include:

  • April 4, Carmel Police arrested Tiffany Marks, 26, of Wappingers Falls after she turned herself in on an active bench warrant from the Carmel Justice Court for failure to appear. She was arraigned by a judge and released on her own recognizance pending a future court date.
  • April 8, Carmel Police arrested Michele Guarnaccia, 29, of Carmel after she was picked up on an active arrest warrant. She was arraigned by a judge and was remanded to the Putnam County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash/$500 bond.
  • April 11, Carmel Police arrested Lauren Perez, 29, of Carmel, for stealing items from a local business. She was charged with petit larceny and released on her own recognizance.
  • April 18, Carmel Police arrested Salvatore Milazzo, 29, of River Edge, N.J., after they were contacted by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department, who were with Milazzo and it was determined he had an active arrest warrant from the Carmel Justice Court. He was arraigned by a judge and released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
  • April 19, Jimmy Bonds, 47, of the Bronx, was arrested on a warrant following an investigation into a larceny from a local business. He was charged with petit larceny, criminal trepass, and criminal mischief. He was released on his own recognizance.
  • April 19, Carmel Police arrested David Bell after he turned himself in on an active bench warrant, which was actually for the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. He was processed and turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.
  • April 21, Carmel Police arrested a 53-year-old Carmel man after he was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
