Mahopac Sex Offender's Lawsuit Is Dismissed

MAHOPAC, N.Y. -- A Mahopac sex offender had his lawsuit against Putnam County Sheriff's deputies tossed out by an appellate court on Friday, Sept. 12, according to LoHud.com.

Mario Caruso, 64, sued several Putnam County Sheriffs for allegedly leaked information to one of Caruso's victims, LoHud.com reported.

Caruso, who was convicted of sexually assaulting his neighbor and her friend in 2003 is being sued by his victims LoHud.com said.
