A 54-year-old Brewster resident is facing charges for urinating in broad daylight on Main Street in the village, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputy Sheriff Christopher Tompkins, on routine patrol on Main Street observed Heminio Carranza-Vasquez urinating on the sidewalk on Feb. 18 at about 5 p.m. As Deputy Tompkins approached, Carranza-Vasquez turned while still urinating in plain view of passing motorists and pedestrians, the sheriff's office said.
Carranza-Vasquez was charged with disorderly conduct and exposure of a person and released without bail.
He is due in the Village of Brewster Court at a later date.
