DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -  A motorcycle driver received a leg injury during a crash around 9 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Route 199 and Kalina Drive, according to the New York State Police.

The motorcyclist told state police that he was traveling westbound on Route 199 when he lost control of his motorcycle, said Trooper Melissa McMorris.

The cycle went down and struck a guide rail. The driver and passenger of the motorcycle were ejected and suffered from what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries, she added.
