J. Angel Florentino, 51, was nabbed around 7:30 p.m., after the person using the bathroom, noticed the phone underneath the adjoining stall while they were inside the men's bathroom, said Lt. Kyle Berardi.

"Luckily, it was a store employee who noticed the camera phone right away and knew how to contact police, Berardi said.

Berardi declined to name the store to protect the identity of the employee.

Florentino was charged with felony unlawful surveillance and was released after posting $100 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court at later date.
