Katherine S. Campbell, 29, was arrested Wednesday following an investigation at Astor Services for Children in Rhinebeck, said Sgt. Peter Dunn.
Campbell was arraigned in the Village of Rhinebeck Justice Court and released on her own recognizance. She is due to return to court on April 11.
