YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Putnam Valley man was arrested early Saturday when Yorktown police said he was found to be driving with a suspended license during a traffic stop on Mill Street.
According to Yorktown police, Pjeter Vulaj was speeding when he was pulled over shortly after 5 a.m.
Police arrested the 56-year-old at the scene after realizing he had been driving with a suspended licensed, according to police.
Vulaj, who faces counts of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding, was released without bail. According to authorities, he is to appear in Yorktown Town Court at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22.
