New York State Police investigators in Poughkeepsie have issued an alert regarding 29-year-old Dennis Vogel, who is wanted by State Police, the Town of Poughkeepsie Court and the Town of LaGrange Court for failing to appear at court proceedings on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance dating back to an incident last year.
According to police, Vogel had previously been arraigned in both jurisdictions for separate criminal possession of controlled substance charges last year.
Vogel is from Pleasant Valley, police said, and was last known to reside in Poughkeepsie. He was described as a 6-foot white man weighing approximately 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
