Police Department members spotted Corey Latimer on Catharine Street, and as they attempted to execute the arrest, Latimer fled, said City of Poughkeepsie PD captain.
After a short foot chase, Latimer was taken into custody and found to possess a loaded .32 caliber revolver, Wilson sad. Latimer was charged with criminal possession of a weapon (a Class C felony), unlawful possession of marijuana and as a parole absconder.
