Fleming, a Democrat, said she wants to continue to lead the town in the right direction, having put forth three budgets without a tax increase.
As town supervisor, Fleming said she has increased transparency by eliminating the time limit for public comment and televising town workshops and meetings. The town website has also been revamped, contracts have been negotiated with unions and equipment has been purchased for town departments, Fleming said.
"The Town of Kent has made a lot of progress and I am running for reelection so we will continue to move forward," Fleming said.
