Prices for one-family homes range from $499,000 to $1.499 million, the article said, with a mix of 1950 ranches and older Colonials to newer models, capes and split levels. The one-square-mile village of about 4,450 people is in the Town of Greenburgh.

According to the Times, there’s a lively business district and the real estate market is brisk; homes often sell within 30 days.
