Putnam County Students Earn Academic Honors At The Harvey School

PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Harvey School has announced the names of Putnam County residents who have earned academic honors for the first marking period of the winter term.

The following students have been awarded a Cavalier Scholar certificate (GPA of 4.0 or higher), or have earned places on the Headmaster’s list (3.7 or higher) or honor roll (at least 3.3):

Cavalier Scholar Certificates: Julia Frisch, grade 11 of Brewster.

Headmaster's list: James Jackson, grade 9, of Carmel and Pierce Steinberg, grade 9, of Mahopac.

Honor roll: JoJo Greenwood, grade 10, of Mahopac; Mark Siegel, grade 12, of Mahopac and Thomas Smith, grade 11, Brewster.

The students are acknowledged by Headmaster Barry Fenstermacher at his weekly meeting with students and staff.
