Mahopac Girls Track And Field Team Will Be Off, Running

MAHOPAC, N.Y. - The Mahopac High girls spring track and field team was busy preparing for the upcoming season last week, and head coach Adam Fetzer is excited about what he's seen from his athletes so far.

"We're looking to be competitive in a new league," Fetzer said. "We're in with the Dutchess schools again, going against some top kids. We want to compete against the best.

"We have a nice mix of new athletes and veterans," Fetzer added. "We're really looking forward to having a good spring."

Mahopac is scheduled to open the season on Thursday, April 9, hosting archrival Carmel.
