SOMERS, N.Y. - The Yorktown and Mahopac High School field hockey teams opened the 2016 season facing each other at the Somers Field Hockey Tournament Friday.

Mahopac's experience put this one out of reach for the Cornhuskers, as the Indians rolled to a 5-0 victory.

Mahopac twins Kim Brower and Julia Brower made their presence felt, with Kim scoring four goals, and Julia adding one.

Watch the video to see Daily Voice talk to Mahopac coach Dona DiMaggio and Kim Brower about the game.
