DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - A day after a Nor'easter dumped over a foot of the white stuff on the region, Dutchess County was cleaning it all up.
Road crews were out in full force throughout Tuesday night, providing commuters with relatively clean roadways to get to work Wednesday morning.
And residents were out as well, cleaning, shoveling, and blowing snow into neat piles.
Snowfall totals in Dutchess ranged from 12 inches in Hyde Park to 17 in Hopewell, 20 in Fishkill, and topped out at a whopping 26 inches - reported in Wappingers Falls and Red Oaks Mills.
