What Makes Them Bagelicious: "The Best Damn Bagels, Period!" is the motto of this friendly eatery were classics like Rye, Garlic and Everything are on the menu next to Cranberry, Cheddar and Wheat. You'll also find grass-fed burgers and sliders and a host of fresh salads. Owner Thomas Salemo who has been baking professionally for over 40 years said if there is one thing he's learned in that time is that quality ingredients and meticulous technique matter and are two of the key elements for the near-perfect bagel. 

"I say 'near-perfect' because I realize that there is always room to do better," he said. "And that's the final ingredient in my recipe: A drive to continually improve our product."
