Carmel's Scoops N' More Wins DVlicious 'Best Ice Cream' Second Year In Row

CARMEL, N.Y. -- Carmel, it seems, is definitely an ice cream town.

In what ended up being a tight race between two area contenders -- Ice Cream Studio 105 and Scoops N' More -- the latter scooped up its second DVlicious "Best Ice Cream" win with 49 percent of the vote.

The family owned ice cream spot has more than 16 hard ice cream flavors and four soft serve. Go HERE for earlier Daily Voice story.

Scoops N' More will receive a DVlicious certificate and bragging rights to being "coolest" in the county.
