What Makes It Patty Perfect:  Owner Frank Evangelista describes himself as "a first-generation and full-blooded Italian-American who also cooks for all customer orders." He cooks with love and passion, he said, and prides himself on his restaurant's exceptional and friendly customer service.

In operation since 2007, the family-owned business motto is “Come in as a customer and leave as our friend.” Due to high volume demand, the eatery recently extended its hours to close six hours later at 9 p.m. rather than 3 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. "It's all about the customers," said Evangelista.

And though he won't reveal the "secret recipes" he uses for the burgers, he did say he uses his own special seasoning and uses the utmost in high-quality ingredients. The burgers are so popular, in fact, that he said, customers order them in the morning.

Currently, there are nine different types to choose from; six of which are specialty burgers. The signature is the “Monster Burger" and yes it's big, often eliciting a "wow" from customers, he said.
