What Makes Them So Addictive: Who among us hasn’t spent 20 minutes poring over the massive and enticing menu at our local diner, only to default to the same burger, fries and a shake combo every time? French fries are like blue jeans, they go with everything from chicken marsala to feta cheese omelettes. If you want something more exotic than ketchup to dip your spuds in, try the diner's honey-mustard sauce.
